Yes. Contact us to discuss your property and arrange an initial consultation. Project scheduling and availability are confirmed after review of the scope and applicable requirements.
Do you charge the original estimate or actual hours?
We charge for actual cleanout time under your written agreement. The standard $135 rate covers the entire two-person crew per clock hour, not $135 per worker. A walkthrough estimate is for planning and does not turn unused hours into a charge.
When do I pay for a cleanout?
We invoice cleanout labor and separately approved hauling or disposal expenses promptly after the agreed work is completed. Payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed in the signed project agreement. Any future auction-related proceeds would be handled separately.
What happens to items that can be donated or disposed of?
We discuss possible donation, removal and disposal options with you before proceeding. Any related third-party charges, hauling or disposal expenses are addressed separately in the project agreement.
Do you offer online auctions or consignment sales?
A2Z is developing additional liquidation services, but online auctions and consignment sales are not currently being offered or scheduled. You can contact us about cleanout and property services in the meantime.
Do I need to be present for the cleanout?
Not always. We can discuss access and communication arrangements during the consultation and document them before work starts.
Do you have a walk-in office?
No. A2Z is a mobile, appointment-based business serving clients at their properties or other agreed locations.
